Our policy lasts 30 days (exclusions apply, please see below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
Product must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged.

Exchanges can be made for any product of equal or lesser value. There are No Refunds. Returns are given in store credit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access. In the case of approved exchanges customer pays the return shipping & we pay with exchange item's shipping.
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. This also includes if you used a promo code or accepted a discount offer.
The Customer is responsible for entering all discount or promo codes and to make sure that they have been applied. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes after an order is processed.
We do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All Sales are Final.
